What Happens If An Order Is Damaged?Updated a year ago

Damage or defects as a result of shipment by a common carrier become the responsibility of that carrier. Any damage must be noted on the freight bill and claims must be promptly filed with the freight company. The claim process must be between the carrier and the customer.
